$5 Million Equipment Upgrade Further Investment
Equipment Upgrade
The Board of Aquis Entertainment Limited (ASX: AQS) is pleased to confirm that the upgrade of equipment at Casino
Canberra (announced on 25 August 2015) is progressing well, and remains on schedule for completion in December 2015.
New Investment
The Directors have reviewed trading results and trends and have agreed to invest a further $8.6 Million in refurbishing the existing Casino premises.
This project is focussed on upgrading high limit and VIP gaming facilities, including the addition of a new private VIP gaming room. The entry spaces, main casino floor and restaurant will also be overhauled during the renovation.
Current expectations are that works will be completed by August 2016.
